CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY MAGNETS?
Because each magnet is custom-made, returns and refunds are only possible if:
- The product is damaged on arrival.
- The wrong design was printed.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos, and I'll make it right.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive the returned item, returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
